FIRMING WHEEL

After years of experience working with the Case PD500 and New Holland P2080 series disc drills, customers running our single and double shoot scrapers brought to our attention the need for a firming wheel similar to what other disc drills on the market use. To solve this problem, Atom‑Jet has developed a firming wheel attachment that bolts directly onto the existing Precision Disc shanks with no modifications.

• UHMW wheel ensures no soil buildup.
• Spring pressure gently presses seed into the seedbed.
• Fits directly behind the scraper ahead of the packer tire.

Atom-Jet Firming Wheels are only compatible with Case IH PD500 and New Holland P2080 series disc drills. Firming Wheel Offsets. For Firming Wheel installation, certain drill width and shank spacing combinations of the CNH Precision Disc drill require an offset shim to be added to align your firming wheel properly.
